uniq

• Uniq identifies duplicates
• It's important to always sort first!

sort "file" | uniq # Returns only unique lines (Remote duplicates)
sort "file" | uniq -c # Display the unique lines and the number of occurrences
sort "file" | uniq -d # Shows only repeated lines
