Prometheus Configuration

• Defines the Prometheus Server configuration at prometheus.yml
• Usually you won't go create the prometheus configuration, but use the prometheus CRDs created by the prometheus operator to deploy the configuration
• The prometheus operator is a manager of all prometheus components
